His Achievement
testimonial-photoTinotenda Mabhudhu is a Falcon college graduate who just graduated with a Distinction for his Management Diploma on the 25th of August, 2016. He started in centre training on the 19th of February, 2016 and completed his Diploma training on 13 August, 2016 where he was enrolled on a full time set up of 30 hours a week. He finished half his modules doing 2hrs 30mins a day but from May 2016 he started doing more hours by working from home, it was literally a course completed each week on this blended learning set up. He passed all 13 courses and 10 were distinctions according to the Pitman scale, and this means he would at least get above 90 %, possibly missing just a few items if any. The Pitman Training Pass Mark is 80 % for all courses. His training supervisor also reported that he was a pleasant student who carried a respectful demeanour. Whilst he only graduated from high school he still managed to attain high grades.

The Diploma programme is 234 hrs in duration and it took him exactly 5½ months to complete these hours yet he only needed to put in 12 hours each week. Whilst he had so many diverse courses to handle he did not take any discouragement and would tackle each course with great precision. He is commended for his unique ability to synergise ingrained learning processes, high targets, and self-discipline. It is possible that he could have got all Distinctions given that in the last 3 months he was preparing for the next stage in career to study engineering in Canada. Tinotenda Mabhudhu the 1st training Diploma student in Zimbabwe, has performed exceptionally well. We know we have sent out a well-equipped champ into Canada and we look forward to his return on completing his undergraduate studies in Engineering. With the Pitman Diploma Tinotenda can pursue both his Degree and ignite a working career.

Tinotenda looks to become an entrepreneur and this may explain why he immensely enjoyed courses like Communication in Organisations, Introduction to Business Structure & Law and Personalities Profiles and Plans. He believes that people and their attitudes are important for the success of any business.

Whilst these courses are only some of the courses that he has done he also got Microsoft Office courses like Excel 2013, Word 2013, PowerPoint 2013 and Outlook 2013. Tinotenda now holds skills for HR Essentials, Time Management, Understanding Business Accounts and Different Leadership attributes and Skills. He showed a lot of recognition for marketing courses and so he took on Marketing Essentials and Marketing Principles and practices as his electives.

His Background
timTinotenda is the first born in a family of two boys. In his training assessment he showed a high achievers orientation and was sure that he would want to retire early and be an instrument in developing his nation. He has a knack for business and was already helping his parents in running business operations. He worked closely with his mother in a trucking business and his father is a strong role model who always keeps him in check and guides him through. This young man is focused beyond his age, he sacrificed his post Advanced level holiday break of about 7 months to do a diploma which he believed would steer him closer to his dream destination and enhancing his skills. He also had the opportunity to train together with some of his peers, who are also enrolled at the centre, in Harare.
